This is just one of the amazing stories that I have heard--results from using PURE NUTRITION! I have met Angela. I shook her hand. She is one amazing gal!

They say that Isagenix is not a miracle. The body is the miracle! It just needs the right nutrition so that it can work its magic!

This video is from last year. If you would like to see the "rest of the story," visit her website at http://newangela.com/ SERIOUSLY AMAZING!!!

Quick Catch Up 2--I Have a College Student...?

It's true and yet so impossible! How am I old enough to send a child off to college? And not just any college--Point Park University in PITTSBURGH, PA!--clear across the country!

Mekenze left to pursue her dreams of Broadway stardom on Thursday, August 26. Dave flew out with her (and spoiled her royally, I must add--that is a good thing). They left home at 3am...what a strange time to say goodbye...probably for the best.

Everyone keeps asking me how I am doing. I don't know how to answer: I miss my daughter, of course. But I am so excited for her! (and a little jealous) I know she is where she is supposed to be and she will do amazing!

I did have a few tears on Sunday--that's the day she was actually HOME when she still lived in this house. It was a strange, empty sort of feeling, but I could also feel my heart stretching, growing, embracing Pittsburgh as a part of my home. (How was that for deep? :) )

Quick catch up--I'm a College Student!

I don't have tons of time but I need to just do a quick catch-up on my life:

I started school! It's crazy but feels so good! I remember why I loved it in the first place-I can feel my brain turning on.

I had almost decided to wait until Spring semester cuz it would just be easier with all that was going on this summer. But I went to the temple on Wednesday of the week before school started and I had a distinct feeling to just do it now! So I went home and registered. I am taking Humanities 1010. General Ed. But it is a great class!

Funny story: I was out of town the first two days of class, so Friday, my first day, was an important day to actually go and find out what I had missed. Routine change is obviously hard for me--and I was about 10 minutes late. AND I walked into the wrong class! (Doors next to each other, my door was dark so my ADD mind missed it) I sat thru Psychology, not knowing what else to do.

Turns out the same class was offered the following hour, so I went to that for as long as I could (visiting teachers were coming). You can just imagine, then, how I did on the "pop quiz" on Monday! :) Yep! Great start!

But it's getting better fast!
