Just copy the embeded part off youtube.. there is a window next to the video with that information. Copy it then paste it in your blog. BUT! you know those compose and html tabs it has??? click the html post, then paste it, then go back to the compose tab and resume typing. if you don't do that, it gets the coding mixed up and it won't work.
